7c. Do you have a formal exit planned? Either after the ceremony or reception (e.g. bubbles or sparkler exit)?

8. What time is the reception?

8a. Is there a cocktail hour?

8b. Is there a set time you need/want to be at the reception (i.e. intro time)?

8c. What is the order of events (e.g. cake cutting, dances, garter toss, etc.)?

8d. What is your first dance song?

10. Are there any special or unique touches you have incorporated into your wedding day that you want me to be aware of?

11. What kind of photos are most important to you from your wedding day? (i.e. portraits of the bride and groom, family photos, wedding party, detail shots, etc.).

12. What location would you like the family portraits taken?

12a. Will they be taken before or after the ceremony?

Typically, 2 minutes are needed for each photo, and up to 5 minutes for larger groups.

12b. I will need a list of family members by first name for photos, in the groupings you would like.

Such as: Bride, Groom, Mom Jane, Dad John, and Grandma Mary

13. Are there any special family situations (divorces, deaths, etc.) that I need to be sensitive to?

14. What are the bride's parents' names?

15. What are the groom's parents' names?

16. Do you have any siblings?

17. How many Bridesmaids do you have?

18. How many Groomsmen?

19. Do you have Flower Girls or Ringbearers?

20. Are you going on a honeymoon? If so, do you know when you're leaving and returning?
